Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from the Springfield Thunderbirds Team Store. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached. You will be responsible for getting the items back to us. A return label will only be provided if the incorrect items were sent or the item was damaged.
Exchanges
We gladly accept exchanges for different sizes or styles within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at dsupernor@springfieldthunderbirds.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Customized Jerseys
- T-Birds Authentic Items
- Sale or clearance items
- Items marked as final sale
